Mr. Greif, age 66, passed away August 25, 2013.  He served in the Army Reserve as Military Police, worked for 3 years with the Saginaw Police Department, with the Saginaw Township Police Department for 29 years (retiring as a juvenile detective), and with Saginaw Township Community Schools for 10 years doing security.  He enjoyed drag racing, motorcycles, corvettes, 50's and 60's music, going to the casino, and was a long time active member of the Saginaw Strokers.  The love of his life was his family.

He is survived by his wife Diane; daughters, LeAnne (Rodney II) Iamurri and Lindsay Greif & Fiance Todd Wyrick; grandsons, Rodney III, Ty, and Griffin Iamurri; brother, Edward L.  (Eleanor) Greif; sister, Marjorie E. (Rob) Chambers; sisters in law, Carol (John) McInnis, Lori (Dave) Wildfong, Mary (Greg) Reetz; and many nieces and nephews.  

Special thanks to great lifelong friends Dewey and Nancy Howie & Barry Young… wonderful neighbors who are always there to help; Covenant Harrison 7 Main oncology unit, and Visiting Nurse Association.
