So sorry to see this... I had a date with Dave in 8th grade!  A hayride... and everyone was kissing  ...   I was not into it at that time... and put off the inevitable as long as possible... L O L

He was always fun and funny.... RIP Dave!

Very sad to hear this!  We had become friends on Facebook and he kept us all informed on family activities and events.  Dave and I were in the same homeroom together at South Intermediate School in Saginaw, MI - Room 203 with Ruby Gibbs as our homeroom teacher!  I remember he had band class back then!  Condolences to his family and friends.

My family moved next door to Dave's when we were both three years old. We were classmates at John Moore School on Court Street until he moved over near Fordney (I think?) Park a few years later. We were never in a class together all through junior high or Arthur Hill, but we stayed friends and my parents and his parents stayed in touch, too. We moved to Connecticut in '67, but I looked him up when I went back to Michigan for the 2005 reunion and he was still the same warm and delightful person I remembered from all those years ago. His parents were great people, too, and I remember his sister Gail, although I didn't know her as well. I'm really sorry to hear of his passing, and my heart goes out to his family and friends.
