Terry( carrot head... color of his hair)  and I had some crazy moments in French class.

He was so much fun and loved life and made me laugh.  We were so young.

He made special memories for me at AHHS... life was so intense and

simple back then.

Deceased Name: Terry Lee Devereaux

Devereaux, Terry Lee Bay City, Michigan Formerly of Saginaw Mr. Devereaux, 60 years, died at home after a courageous years-long battle with multiple chronic health problems. Terry was born on August 24, 1947 in Saginaw to the late Shirley and Harold Devereaux. He graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1965. Terry was a Veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the U.S. Army. Upon discharge he married Cheryl and had two daughters. Terry worked for the State repairing bridges and highways. On April 7, 1979 he married Connie S. Jarlock, they were together for 32 years. He worked for Michigan Ash and Detroit Ball Bearing from which he retired due to health complications after 18 years. He loved the outdoors and nature, hunting, fishing, archery, photography, traveling and his beloved pets. Surviving are his wife Connie; daughters, Kristin Devereaux, Skye and Stacey Ross; two sisters, Dawne (Terry) Claus and Janell Petzko; a sister-in-law, Patricia (Brad) Majher; two nephews, Troy and Ben; a niece, Shannon; and two very dear friends, Floyd Nagel and Monte. Terry was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents and other friends and relatives. Terry, Your physical and mental sufferings are finally over. Walk without fear. Your family and mine are there to love and comfort you until we meet again. Your courage in the face of these many challenges was to be envied. You enriched our lives and gave us strength. "Our Hearts will Go On", be in peace. Love Forever, Connie and Kristin Terry has requested no showing or memorial service at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Cremation has taken place.
