Richard was born on May 13, 1947 and passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Richard was a resident of Rose City, Michigan at the time of passing. Richard served with the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War with the 497th Engineering Company. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Charles F. Buckhahn will officiate with Military honors under the auspices of V.F.W. Post 1859.
